Positions and Requirements

PROGRAM DIRECTOR:

Develops and maintains a safe and fun environment for the children both before/after school as well as on school breaks.  Must be able to develop positive relationships with the community, always keep the children safe and in structured activities, as well as bill and collect tuition.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must pass all State and Federal Background Checks

  • Must be certified in all required trainings, including CPR, 1st Aid, Standard Precautions, medication administration and be willing to go through additional trainings to ensure ability to keep children safe even in emergency situations

  • Must be at least 21years old

  • Must have 3+yrs experience and/or Bachelors Degree in education or Human services field.

PROGRAM LEADER:

Supports director in development and maintainence of a safe and fun environment for the children both before/after school as well as on school breaks.  Must be able to develop positive relationships with the community, always keep the children safe and in structured activities, as well as help the children with homework and other enrichment opportunities.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must pass all State and Federal Background Checks

  • Must be certified in all required trainings, including CPR, 1st Aid, Standard Precautions, medication administration and be willing to go through additional trainings to ensure ability to keep children safe even in emergency situations

  • Must be at least 16 years old

  • Preferred 6months+ experience and/or post high school courses in education or Human services field.
